About
Counselling offers a private space to talk through and make sense of anything that is causing you difficulties in your life. It could be that you are experiencing a particular challenge or you may have a more general sense that something isn't right. Counselling can help you to gain understanding & find a way forward that is right for you.
I have over 15 years experience working with clients, in the private, education and voluntary sectors. My approach is integrative, and my counselling style is adaptable drawing upon different theoretical approaches and techniques to meet individual's needs. My particular area of interest lies in taking therapy outdoors.
