About
I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist. I have over 15 years’ experience working within a mental health and social care settings, working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-worth, loneliness, relationship issues, loss and bereavement. Also working within the rehabilitation sector part of the NHS helping people to understand and cope with their behavior whilst exploring deep rooted feelings and belief systems. I hold a particular interest along with experience of working with survivors of domestic abuse and violence and the long term impact this can have on mental and physical health
I offer a non-judgmental safe and confidential space in which to work, alongside a reparative, trusting and the therapeutic relationship. I have consulting rooms in a quiet and discreet location in the center of Market Harborough and online via zoom. I currently offer appointments in the evenings and on Saturday mornings. I also offer Single Session Therapy
I believe the therapist-client relationship is a collaborative partnership that is constantly evolving, and to which we both contribute. I offer clients a 'safe space' where they can be truly seen and heard, which can often be a unique and empowering experience. I am a Humanistic Integrative therapist and hold a particular interest in attachment theory.
