About
Hello, I'm Zareeda and I work with people on issues ranging from rape and sexual abuse to stress, bereavement, anxiety and depression. If you are struggling to find meaning in life you may be feeling disconnected from yourself and/or those around you. This loss of contact with yourself, your needs, values and beliefs may decrease your trust in your ability to form and build meaningful relationships and achieve personal goals.
Our work together is based upon trust, empathy, understanding and a willingness to accept you without reservation. I can provide you with the space for you to completely let go and explore your problems, issues, emotions and processes at your own pace.
A therapeutic relationship can offer the opportunity to find renewed belief in yourself and others. It can help to provide self-confidence and give you the skills to reach decisions with clarity.
