I will help you to understand your situation, working together to bring some kind of acceptance, hope and light. It is possible to come out of this and to feel better than you’re feeling now. I can’t tell you it will be easy but I can give you a safe, non judgemental, trusting place to share your experience, thoughts and feelings. I will be beside you to help you make sense of this painful place. The only way to the other side is through. Each individual journey is very different, your therapy will be bespoke, tailored for you.
