Life can feel overwhelming at times with demands on you from relationships, work and difficult life events or just a sense that something is not right. You may be feeling anxious, depressed, struggling with divorce, bereavement, health issues, self esteem or work related stress. It can take courage to reach out for support, but you will be met by me with empathy and acceptance. My aim is to hear how life is for you and to work alongside you to help you find ways to make changes that help you feel better and could lead to a greater sense of balance in life.
