I work with many issues including social anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, managing anxiety, low moods, depression, coping skills, feeling overwhelmed, isolation, loneliness, suicidal thoughts, abuse and trauma. I provide a confidential and reflective space where you can process any thoughts, feelings and emotions you may be struggling with. I firmly believe that the most important part of therapy is the relationship that we create, it is through this relationship where change, insight and growth can be facilitated. This can be both powerful and life-affirming. I integrate CBT into my practice.
