' approach informs much of my work, and I use principles and techniques from; CBT, Existential Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, breathing and somatic awareness, object relations theory, early childhood dynamics as well as Vedic astrology.
I’m a qualified Psychosynthesis counsellor. Psychosynthesis is a broad and inclusive system which has many different techniques and approaches that can be tailored to you and your needs, given that you are unique! I emphasize warmth, kindness, sensitivity and empathy in my approach. I work with people who are experiencing; depression, anxiety, anger and rage, loss and grief, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, feelings of despair and childhood abuse and trauma. I have a lot of experience working with people to achieve real, concrete, lasting change in their lives - and have received plenty of positive feedback confirming this!
