I work in a collaborative way with clients who present with unaddressed trauma, relational problems, anxiety, depression, low mood and a feeling of hopelessness. I have a special interest in trauma, attachment issues and addiction. Many of my clients identify with feeling stuck in their current situation or wanting to be more self aware and connected with themselves. Identifying their mind-body connection enables the client to recognise triggers and self-regulate rather than rely upon external resources or behaviours.

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re carrying things that others can’t see. You might feel stuck, anxious, burnt out, or unsure why you’re not coping. You may also feel misaligned or uncertain about what comes next. I don’t offer quick fixes or advice, I offer a safe, non-judgemental space for counselling or coaching, to explore what’s going on at your pace. For trauma or distressing events, I use gentle approaches like the Rewind Technique, which can help you process difficult memories without having to relive them in detail. Sometimes, having someone who really listens is the first step.

Perhaps your anxiety is making it difficult for you to sleep well, relax, causing problems in your relationships, or bringing on panic attacks. Many people have worked with me wanting support for debilitating emotions such as anger, sadness and depression, anxiety or a general sense of being lost and alone.
I believe that the success of the therapeutic process relies on you finding the right person to work with who enables you to speak openly. I focus of offering a space where I not only listen to clients but really hear them to understand their internal struggles which they may find difficult to articulate verbally
Clients say being listened to and able to talk in a warm and trusting environment and encouraged to challenge their thinking has really helped them
