A safe, non-judgemental, and confidential space is essential for you to explore, discuss and discover yourself, this is what I offer. I believe that therapy is not about me telling you what to do, it is about nurturing your growth to help you discover solutions. My goal is to help you create a positive change in your life through therapy. Through our sessions together, we will develop a set of skills to address challenges and concerns that will help you live in the present moment

I am an integrative therapist who values the inner strength it takes one to be vulnerable whilst sharing their lived experience. My focus is to try and walk in one's world. Therefore I value every person I speak to with respect for who they are and how they have got to where they are. I refrain from judging you and provide a source of complete acceptance and support. You will lead the conversation, and I will not attempt to steer you in any direction; instead, I offer a safe, confidential, non-judgemental environment for you to explore and talk about any difficulties you may be experiencing.

At times we face struggles as anxiety, loneliness, sadness or an unclear sense of emptiness. Sometimes it maybe a sense of inadequacy, lack of self-esteem, feeling stuck. Sometimes troubles can focus only on certain aspects of your life:family or relationship issues, work stress and burnout, an ADHD diagnosis. Or you may be at an important transition in life and your sense of identity is lost. Counselling and CBT can help you to understand where these issues are originating, alleviate their effects, and start a process towards a more rich and happier life.

I am a first-generation Londoner born and raised. I understand what it feels like to feel isolated and alone with your problems, I also understand what it feels like to be weary of seeking external support and the worry that may come with trying to find the ‘right’ therapist. Together we will work towards you learning more about yourself and in turn you being able to tap into your power within.

Self Esteem Counsellors
Self-esteem lives on a spectrum: Not enough self-regard (or low self esteem) can lead people to become depressed, or to tolerate abusive situations and relationships. Too much self-love (or high self-esteem), results in an off-putting sense of entitlement and an inability to learn from failure. And it's occasionally a sign of clinical narcissism. Quite the opposite of being shy or shyness, yet still on the same spectrum.
