I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Psychological Society (BPS). Since qualifying, I have specialised in providing psychological therapy to adults with a range of emotional, behavioural or relational difficulties. I have recently completed extensive training in Experiential Dynamic Therapy. Through developing a safe place to explore and play within therapy, I have seen how making space for feelings can help people to lead enriching, fulfilled lives in which they can fully seek and follow their needs, desires and motivations.
