I currently work at the Priory Hospital in Chelmsford, I am a Family Support Practitioner and work for AXA as a Clinical Counselling Assessor. My passion is helping people of all ages experiencing mental health difficulties and I have a privately run, therapeutic practice, where I can provide you with a safe, friendly, and confidential environment for exploration. Within the practice I can help if you require; one to one therapy, for various aspects of mental health, support through bereavement, need family support, help with parenting or CAMHS.

Without warning and at any age, life events can cause us to feel unhappy and overwhelmed. This can start to have a negative impact on our everyday wellbeing and enjoyment of life. It may affect our mood, energy levels, eating/sleeping patterns, work, and relationships. Feelings of anxiety and panic can start to control and limit us on living the life we imagined. There maybe painful events from the past we thought we could tuck away and cope with, but still prevent us from living in the present. Reaching out for support can not only be one of the biggest and sometimes bravest steps you ever take, but also the most important one.

Many clients feel out of control, and helpless or in complete despair, and would like to be able to clear a pathway for themselves to work out a more manageable way of living with less anxiety. Regular reviews to reflect where a client is, in relation to their therapy journey are part of the therapeutic process and help to build trust and structure.
