I am a person centered and psychodynamic counsellor incorporating CBT and solution focused creative techniques such as art therapy, guided imagery and visualisation, meditation and the Rewind technique (for trauma). I offer therapy to couples, young people, adults and families.
I offer a non-judgemental, empathetic space for clients. Giving people ways to change their difficult feelings connected to their painful memories and past traumatic experiences, developing healthy coping mechanisms and providing mindfulness teachings to take away practical skills.
It can be a scary place not knowing why you are feeling or behaving in certain ways but with counselling I can help you understand complex feelings and aid you in gaining emotional intelligence with self-awareness and coping mechanisms.
