I am a BACP registered, Person-Centred Counsellor with over 12 years experience working with adults of all ages. My aim is to build a collaborative non-judgemental relationship with you. This relational approach provides safety and understanding as you explore any changes you choose to make towards knowing yourself more fully and living more authentically. My training and experience have shown me that anyone, struggling with difficult thoughts and feelings, can find acceptance and self-knowledge if they are met with empathy and without judgement.
