Hello. I am an experienced BACP accredited counsellor based in Heworth, York. I work with younger adults (18-40s) who are finding life & emotions difficult for a wide range of reasons. Issues I work with include anxiety, depression, relationship problems, people pleasing, perfectionism, procrastination and various life transitions including starting and ending university. I work with people with and without a formal diagnosis of anxiety, depression or both. Sessions available: Tuesdays (10am-5pm), Wednesdays (10am-8pm), Thursdays (8.30am).
