About
As a counsellor, I aim to provide a safe, empathic and non-judgemental atmosphere in which you can explore whatever dilemma may be troubling you. This might be to do with relationships, work, identity, sexuality, creativity, coping with difficult emotions and destructive patterns, or a combination of these and other issues. You may also wish to simply use our time together as a means of regularly checking-in with yourself, or having an independent ear around some important life decision you need to make.
I have particular experience working with individuals and groups around compulsive sexual behaviour. As a counsellor with Care for the Carers I specialised in supporting people who were caring for loved ones. Many years as a mentor and teacher in the performing arts have given me particular insight into helping people around creativity and expression.
I'm interested in facilitating your desire to change, become more empowered and connect more closely with your authentic self. Together I hope we can create a beneficial relationship that will help you develop increased awareness around yourself and enable you to forge new understandings and new perspectives from which to make decisions and move forward.

- Training: Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling ( BACP Accredited) / 2018
