Reaching out for help takes courage at a time when you might be struggling, feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or generally stuck. My aim is to help you feel comfortable and safe within therapy, to build trust, and to promote hope that things can change. You might want to talk to me about issues in your personal or professional life which are preventing you from being happy or moving forwards. You could be having relationship problems or dealing with a loss. Perhaps you have experienced something which has left you traumatised or struggling to cope. Or maybe you feel lost and are questioning who you are or where you are going in life.
