I am a qualified and experienced counsellor in support with a range of issues including bereavement, depression anxiety , relationship difficulties and Autism. Exam stress and students on counselling courses are also seen. I am here to explore challenges and difficulties life may present and this includes working with you in a non-judgmental and empathetic way. We will work through these challenges together. I work in a flexible and integrative way, working with humanistic approaches including creative therapy moving towards your goals. Sessions are of a 50 minute duration.
