I have over 25 years experience in supporting people with Autism, ADHD, relationship issues, developmental trauma, CPTSD, addictions. I have a passion about neurodivergent people living life to the full. I brought up two neurodivergent children. I offer a safe, calm non-judgemental space essential for the growth of trust. I learnt how the nervous system impacts relationships, how the past plays a role in the present. In therapy you can learn how to regulate emotions, communicate effectively, set boundaries and prioritise your needs. You will empower yourself, live more authentically and learn to make choices that nourish you.

You may be feeling disconnected from your body, holding the breath, living mostly in your head. I see you as a whole being who has adapted to survive, often in a way that used to make sense. Breath, posture, sensations, and symptoms, including chronic physical symptoms, often carry deeper meanings. I'm an Integrative Somatic Psychotherapist, offering a unique holistic approach, grounded in neuroscience, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, functional breathing and somatic therapy. I also draw from a variety of approaches, as appropriate for you, guided by your preferences and the relational dynamics of our work.

As there is no one therapy that suits all, I use such therapies as Person Centred, Transactional Analysis, Transpersonal, Gestalt, Cognitive/ Behavioural Therapy and relaxation, it is important to find out what is helpful and what is not, in an honest and open way, to find a healthy way forward.
There are times when feelings such as Anxiety, Depression, Low Self-esteem, Trauma and Loss can start to feel overwhelming. Though these feelings are all normal under the circumstances, they can feel isolating and confusing. I can help to process these feelings and find helpful coping strategies. I am passionate about the effectiveness of Integrative Counselling, which tailors the different approaches to each client's needs on a wide range of Issues. Most importantly you need to feel truly listened to and understood at your own pace, which allows you to learn to be comfortable as your true self.

Welcome. Whatever has brought you to scroll these profiles, the right therapeutic relationship can help you be heard, seen and understood. The journey often starts in a place of discomfort: anxiety, bereavement, feeling lost, stuck or frustrated with repeated patterns of behaviour that you can't seem to shift (in life and relationships), physical or mental health problems or the pain of old wounds that haven't healed. These crisis moments are often a call to personal growth and development, and sometimes to find a new path in life. I can offer you a safe and non-judgemental space to explore your situation and begin to move forward.

Have you been feeling you're stuck in a rut, you have no one you can talk to in confidence without being judged.   You may be struggling with anxiety, a lack of clarity and questioning your own identity with others, leading to low self-esteem and self-worth, and with no sense of direction.

I believe therapy is a place where we can explore your experiences, patterns, and the ways you relate to others and to yourself. We are often shaped by relationships and the cultural worlds we move through, both past and present. We can gently consider these influences at a pace that feels right for you. I will offer you a space rooted in curiosity, compassion, and respect, where you won’t be judged, fixed, or analysed. Through experiencing a relationship based on acceptance, empathy, and care, new possibilities can emerge.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or weighed down by things they can’t easily put into words—grief, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, birth trauma, identity questions, or unshakeable deep tiredness. They want to feel more at ease in themselves, more connected, and less alone. I offer a warm, trauma-informed space where we move at your pace. Whether you're neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, a parent, navigating childhood wounds, or have a child who is struggling—I'll meet you with care, curiosity, and respect. You don’t need to have the ‘right words’ to begin. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening

You may be considering counselling or therapy for one or a number or reasons. At any time in our life we can be required to face unwanted challenges as life's inevitable ups and downs get the better of us. This can be due to an unexpected change in circumstances or it may be that life itself is demanding too much right now and you are struggling to cope. It may be that everything in your life is going according to plan and yet, still, there is a deeper sense that something is missing. Talking to friends and relatives provides only temporary relief and you are wondering if speaking to a therapist might be helpful.

You might be queer, creative, or sensitive — or all three. You’ve lived outside the lines in some way. Maybe you’ve done the healing work before but find yourself circling the same questions again: Who am I, really? What do I want? Where do I belong? You don’t want quick fixes or shallow advice. You want space to go deeper. To sit with the questions. To feel your way through. I work online and in person in Brighton and London in London Bridge, SE1

Transpersonal Counsellors
How does transpersonal therapy work?
Transpersonal therapy focuses on a patient’s spirituality and meaning in life. Transpersonal therapists might borrow from Eastern traditions as well as Western psychology. They may incorporate techniques including meditation, visualisation, hypnotherapy, dream analysis, and or breathwork to produce altered states of consciousness. The therapist helps the patient to access their consciousness and spirituality to work through difficult mental states.

How long does transpersonal therapy last?
Because the goal is to understand a person as a whole, including their spirituality, treatment can range from months to a year or beyond. While patients learn the philosophy behind transpersonal therapy during treatment, they can also practice its principles throughout life after therapy sessions have ended.

Is transpersonal therapy effective?
Patients have found success with transpersonal therapy; this method is useful in improving anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity, fears, relationship problems, and other concerns. Improvements in problem areas can continue even after transpersonal therapy ends, as individuals can utilise the tools they’ve learned during treatment sessions.

What are the limitations of transpersonal therapy?
There is some research on the effectiveness of transpersonal therapy, but empirical support for this therapy approach is sparse. It does not have the robust evidence base of other forms of therapy, such as cognitive behavioural therapy or acceptance and commitment therapy.
