Education and Learning Disabilities Counselling in Guildford
It takes courage and strength to reach out for support, and I never take that lightly. I’m always grateful to be the person you choose to trust.
Counselling is more than just talking. it’s a journey toward deeper understanding, healing, and personal growth. In a world where emotional struggles often go unnoticed or unspoken, counselling offers a calm, safe, and non-judgmental space to explore your inner world.
It’s a space where you’re given time to gently explore past wounds, recognize and understand unhelpful patterns, and begin to reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been silenced or forgotten.

Hello I’m Jeni. As an experienced Dramatherapist I have found that when things are too hard to talk about initially, creativity can help us to express and process and then release what no longer serves us. My private practice allows me to work online with adults, and young people, and in a Primary school with a specialist speech and language unit. I have also worked in numerous Secondary schools. I have experience in working with anxiety, low self esteem, pre and post bereavement, fostering and adoption (life story work) neurodiversity and survivors of sexual assault

When things are challenging, asking for help can be one of the hardest yet bravest things you can do. I'm Jenny and my role is to make the process as easy as possible for you, by offering a warm and supportive environment from which you can explore the challenges that you are facing, the symptoms that you are struggling with, and the causes of these issues. Anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, depression, habits or fears do not define you; they can be temporary problems that you can learn to solve, with the right support in place. My approach to therapy allows you to find a way forward as quickly as possible.

Hello and welcome, I'm Bryony and I am a Play Therapist working with clients in Woking and Guildford. I work with children aged 4–14 who may be struggling with big feelings, anxiety or changes at home such as a new sibling or parental separation or loss. Some of the children I support are neurodivergent or have experienced early trauma, neglect, or difficulties with attachment. I offer a safe and creative space where children can build confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of self. I also support parents and carers, helping families find more calm, connection, and joy in daily life.
