I have many years of experience working with bereavement, and I am increasingly aware that ‘loss’ occurs in other ways: relationships,
divorce
, career, retirement, empty nests, illness and disability.
I offer support to clients who may be experiencing times of anxiety, depression, bereavement or sleep difficulties. Perhaps you are struggling with a particular life event, and would like to talk through difficulties with someone other than family or friends. I offer empathic and non-judgemental listening in a safe space, allowing clients to explore what is going on for them. I also offer more proactive, solution focused ways of encouraging self-support and strategies.
