Because I offer both
and psychotherapy and use tools from all therapeutic schools, we can find approaches to suit you, either by tackling the presenting issue with positive reframing and visualisations, exploring your current experiences, or we can look back in your history to see if there are emotional patterns that are no longer serving you.
Clients come to me because they are feeling anxious or unhappy in some way and looking for evidence-based positive solutions and tools to find a way forward. Anxiety comes in many forms and manifests in a variety of symptoms such as relationship issues, eating issues, confidence issues, identity crises, blushing, fear of public speaking, loss of motivation, self-esteem issues, phobias, existential uncertainty, addiction, substance abuse, or bad habits. As well as addressing these specific issues, I also teach meditation and relaxation techniques that can help with all kinds of emotional or concentration problems.
