I’m an experienced Consultant Clinical Psychologist, working both in the NHS and independent sector. I work with adults and older adolescents (16years +) to help them manage a wide range of mental health difficulties in order for people to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. I can provide therapy for those for whom it is their first experience of looking for therapy as well for those who have maybe tried various other therapies/avenues previously. l also adapt therapy to meet people needs, including for people who are neurodivergent. My areas of special interest include Complex Trauma and Borderline Personality Disorder.
