Hello, I am Nadine. I will briefly introduce myself. I am a mother of four with a personal experience of ADHD, and I know first-hand the transformative power of therapy. Diagnosed four years ago, my journey led me to understand the profound impact of talking therapy on mental health and well-being. This personal insight fuels my passion for helping others navigate their unique paths and their journey toward empowerment and healing. I am a pluralistic practitioner and what this means is that the sessions are built around the person's individual needs. The sessions have no set agenda but we will work in collaboration.

Perhaps you feel trapped by the past, knowing there must be more to life yet stuck in survival mode.
Trauma does not only live in memory; it lives in the nervous system and body. It shapes how we experience the world. Alongside talking therapy, I work somatically, supporting nervous system regulation helping you understand how experiences are held physically and emotionally. I integrate creativity, allowing processing and expression beyond words.

Modern life is very stressful.
Hypnosis simply takes advantage of a naturally occurring psychological state, like being half awake in the morning. It helps you to embed the new pre-agreed cognitions, more quickly than simply talking about them. Together we'll explore your situation and use hypnosis to change your cognitions and bring about peace and clarity

I love working with people who are looking at or wanting some kind of change in their lives, and wanting to find a way of doing it that lasts and more importantly feels like it adds to their life.
I am excited by the new discoveries in neuroscience and my work can take on more of a coaching style, where we discover together the things that have been holding you back from living the life you want to live, discovering how old habitual patterns keep you doing the same old things, and learning new ways to create a new future for yourself.

Assists clients in cultivating long-lasting self-help and empowerment skills, navigating their challenges, and forging a joyful, fulfilling, and purposeful life.
We encounter various kinds of difficulties and challenges every day. At times, it can be challenging to open up to others, therefore leading to feelings of confusion and a sense of powerlessness. Recently, many individuals from Hong Kong who have relocated to the UK have faced setbacks in their social, professional, or academic pursuits. Such challenges often stem from uncertainties surrounding self-image and self-worth while adapting to a new environment. If you find yourself in a similar situation, exploring yourself through psychological counseling can provide you with more effective means to understand and address these emotions

Along with my 25 years of sales experience and education in health and wellness, I can offer services to help many people striving to better their lives by providing coaching, wellbeing and lifestyle counselling.
It may not be obvious what kind of professional support is required. Many people struggle with daily responsibilities like work and family and lose sight of their life's purpose. I use a person centred approach initially with a view to other psychotherapeutic modalities.

Life Coaching Counsellors
What can I expect from life coaching?
Clients and coaches will typically start by identifying the problem area(s) that the client hopes to address—then, the coach will help the client brainstorm potential solutions and explore concrete techniques to help the client attain their goals. Coaching is typically short-term and focused on finding solutions in the here and now, rather than exploring a client’s past. In addition to strategies aimed at the client’s specific concerns, coaches may encourage general stress management techniques such as meditation.

Can a life coach help treat anxiety?
Because the majority of life coaches are not licensed clinicians, they are not qualified to diagnose or treat anxiety. Anyone struggling with anxiety or another mental health condition should seek help from a licensed mental health practitioner. However, some coaching clients who struggle with subclinical anxiety report that working with their coach on other problems—such as career dissatisfaction or unhealthy habits—has a positive effect on their anxiety.

Can life coaching be done online?
Yes. While life coaching often happens in person, many coaches conduct sessions over the phone or via online platforms such as Zoom or Skype. Because life coaches are not subject to local licensing regulations in the same way that therapists are, they are able to see clients who live in other locations.

How long does life coaching last?
Life coaching tends to be a shorter-term process than therapy, though it does not always unfold over a specific period of time and is instead based on the coach’s or the client’s preferences. Coaching often takes place over three to 12 months but may be shorter or longer if necessary.
