I wonder if you have been feeling sad, stressed or anxious? Have these feelings been with you for a long time? Are you wondering when they will reappear? It’s like dreading what is around the corner and finding it hard to enjoy or feel good in the present. Other people look like they’re having fun but your world is a shade of grey. Things that you loved doing no longer give you happiness and it's hard to concentrate. At times it takes lots of energy to go out or spend time with people who care about you. Your confidence and ability to cope disappear as you become stuck and the people around you become as worn down as you feel.
