As an integrative counsellor my aim is to build a trusting and non-judgmental relationship that helps you develop self-awareness. When you understand the causes of your concerns or triggers for your behaviour, you can confidently set goals and develop new behaviours.
In the current times now more than ever anxiety, stress, grief and bereavement, future & work environments can get you down. Feeling lonely & unable to talk to friends or family about your feelings can be isolating. Whatever your needs may be, we can work through them together. I will act with integrity, openness, honesty & professionalism in helping you.
Each session is your forum to discuss your problems, you can discuss and describe the situation that is causing you anxiety or distress in a safe & confidential environment, together we will build strategies that will enable you to move forward.
