I commonly work with anxiety, depression, loss, family issues and low self-confidence. I work with parents of transgendered children to help them navigate the emotional toll that brings. I also work with people with a long term illness eg ME/CFS. Often people with chronic fatigue are dismissed and not believed by their loved ones and medical staff, which presents a challenge which can be as great as the fatigue.

In my work as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, I help adults who are experiencing considerable difficulties with their thoughts and feelings about themselves and in their relationships with others - particularly with partners, family and at work. These difficulties are often associated with a variety of psychological problems and negatively affect mental health, sometimes severely. Persistent poor mental health and relationship issues are often rooted in problems with caregiving experienced as an infant, child and teenager.
