I have 12+ years of experience comprised of working in NHS mental health services, university mental health and private practice. My passion is helping people with anxiety and OCD learn how to live a life that is not ruled by anxiety. I completed my training at the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre (Oxford University) and was privileged to be taught be leading experts in CBT for OCD and anxiety. I also have experience work with people experiencing low mood, depression and low self-esteem.
