The difficulties I have helped people with are wide-ranging, and include anxiety and depression, relationship and parenting difficulties, low self-esteem, work related difficulties including bullying, OCD, BDD and childhood trauma. I have worked in a number of different contexts including four NHS trusts, a specialist rehab facility for alcohol addiction, and a charitable organisation supporting children affected by domestic violence.
