I work by listening to you and exploring how your think, feel, and how your body feels. I will try to understand your situation. By exploring your experience you may develop awareness on what helps you to feel more at ease and how you can manage your situation differently. You will be heard and together we will find the solutions to meet your needs.
I provide face to face, online and telephone counselling. As I appreciate the courage to take the first step, I provide a free 30 minute introductory session.
