I specialise in seeing individual clients who have experienced loss and grief, and couples who need support around their relationships. Even in situations where we do not experience bereavement explicitly – in divorce, for example, or when events conspire to permanently deny us certain opportunities – we can experience this shattering dimension of loss. It can be very difficult to talk about these issues, others do not know what to say to you, and may even minimise your loss. It can be a great relief to speak to someone non-judgmental, who really listens and can understand the world from your perspective.

Therapy is one of the most positive things we can do for ourselves. It may seem like something other people do. But life isn’t easy and when it feels particularly overwhelming, talking to someone who listens without judgement, can really help us to trust ourselves and find perspective, meaning and confidence to enable a way forward. Clients I work with often find themselves in challenging and sometimes distressing situations and need a safe and confidential space to explore - at their own pace - what is going on for them, to rebuild, find healthier ways of coping and to experience hope.

I do not believe in an 'ideal client', only in a person who is willing to engage in the therapeutic process. Many people come with a desire for change, growth, healing, or deeper self-exploration, often feeling low, anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected within themselves.
My role is not to give answers, but to guide you towards your own; working compassionately, curiously, and patiently. Through a holistic, person-centred approach, I support you in exploring your inner world, understanding patterns, and developing greater awareness, balance, and connection within yourself.
Whole through Acceptance, Love, and Compassion.

Therapy can make a difference - it can help you to carry on when you feel that life is impossible. Each of us has our own story to tell, and our own particular reason for choosing therapy. Perhaps you are finding it hard to cope with the end of a relationship? Or feeling the pain of raw grief at losing a loved one? You may have been living with painful feelings and thoughts for a long time, perhaps because of an unhappy relationship with parents or siblings - the effects of dysfunctional relationships can build up over years, affecting your self-esteem and confidence.

Success often comes with hidden costs. Many high-performing people find themselves feeling stuck — outwardly accomplished but inwardly restless, anxious, or disconnected. Perhaps you’ve achieved what you set out to, yet something still feels missing. Maybe stress, perfectionism, or relationship challenges are taking a quiet toll. You might notice difficulty switching off, persistent self-doubt, or a sense that your drive for success is running you instead of fueling you.
If this resonates with you, know that you are not alone, and you don’t need to figure it out by yourself.
