I am a chartered psychologist and Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS), and an accredited Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) practitioner and Fellow of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I am also a registered Metacognitive Therapy (MCT) practitioner with the Metacognitive Therapy Institute (MCT-I). In my practice I focus on developing a collaborative and client centred understanding of presenting problems together with tailor-making treatment programmes using either CBT or MCT. I use an integrative approach, drawing from psychodynamic, person-centred and trans-cultural theories of counselling.
