I'm here to offer a private, confidential and safe environment, without judgement in which you can talk openly to find different ways of thinking enabling you to gain clearer thoughts. I am respectful of all individuals life experiences as I have the understanding and experience to help you gain the most from our sessions. Hello, Life can be tough and overwhelming at times, cant it? Especially now when this virus has bought so much change and challenges into our lives. Do you need someone you can talk to who will really listen and can help you gain a better understanding of your thoughts and feelings and the challenging issues in your life without fear of being judged? With a friendly and warm approach I am there to use my training and experience to support you.

It’s scary admitting to yourself that you need help; and that you’re struggling with whatever is causing you to feel unhappy or distressed. Due to stigma; people feel that they can only access therapy when they are at breaking point; when in fact you can access counselling whenever you need to. My background is in working with abuse survivors; adults and children; and those who have experienced trauma. As a result I work with depression, low self esteem, shame, loneliness, hopelessness, grief & loss, anger, self harm and suicidal feelings as well as a broad range of other factors and experiences clients bring to their sessions.

Drawing from senior NHS clinical experience, he runs a successful private practice operating both in central London and in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. Accredited with major healthcare insurance providers, Tim is an experienced clinician with specialist skills in delivering evidence-based psychological interventions using a wide range of proven therapies including CBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Schema-focused Therapy, but always maintains a focus on the client’s individual needs and goals.
