I am Qualified as an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I have robust supervision every month and have always been passionate about helping people. I previously worked in mental health and with learning disabilities. I have experience working with anxiety and depression, trauma, domestic abuse, loss and bereavement. I work with adults (age 16+) on an open ended basis, with the intention of allowing you to enhance your life and live it more fully. I am also trained in Couple's Therapy, working in an Integrative way to work on issues such as communication, loss, infidelity and more!
I work in an integrative way, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Attachment Theory and a Person Centred Approach. I am Trauma informed and Eating Disorder informed.
