I am an Arts Based Psychotherapist (Dramatherapist) and Clinical Supervisor. I am passionate about the therapeutic relationship. I believe the therapeutic relationship is of extreme significance when working through difficulties. Therefore, I am happy to provide a free introductory meeting/call. If you decide you'd like to pursue therapy/supervision with me we would then meet to discuss your needs and goals you might have. I work in a creative, client centred manner, always tailoring sessions accordingly to each client. I offer short and long term therapy.
I am able to use non-verbal, verbal and creative means to explore and express difficulties, which can enable a less threatening approach. Individuals do not need any experience in the arts to engage. Clients are guided towards exploring issues at their own pace. I am also able to offer online therapy.
