I am an integrative transpersonal counsellor. The unique element of this counselling is that we will encompass mind, body and spirit in our work together, in a holistic way. It’s a talking therapy but we can also use experiential exercises, visualisation and guided meditation. I sometimes use art and other creative techniques within therapy, which can help us access the parts of ourselves that talking alone may not reach. Most importantly, I offer you a safe, warm, empathetic & non-judgmental space in which to talk, to be heard and to be helped. Before training as a therapist, I worked in the City as a banker and lawyer.

Whether you're dealing with anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a confidential and supportive space where you can be heard and feel empowered to grow. I create a safe, accepting environment where you can freely explore all aspects of yourself. I offer counselling to adults, both in person in London (Central London/Soho) or online via zoom. I support people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loss, a period of transition, stress, or low self-esteem. My approach is integrative, soulful, and relational. I work intuitively using different approaches based on what you bring and what feels right for you. I believe that therapy is about 'healing in relationship', so it is important first and foremost for us to build a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship. It is this relationship which creates the conditions for your story and any healing to unfold.

You hold everything together on the outside. The career, the standards, the performance. And yet underneath all of it you are exhausted, anxious and quietly wondering why none of it feels the way it should. Or you feel things so deeply that ordinary days leave you depleted in ways the people around you do not quite understand. I work with high achievers who cannot switch off and with highly sensitive people who have spent years trying to fit into a world not built for them. In my experience these are often the same person. If this sounds like you, a free 15-minute call is a good place to start.
