I am a counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor with more than 20 years of experience working in the NHS. My main training was in Transactional Analysis, which is a Humanistic Therapy and I later trained as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I have done lots of additional training and learning to develop my skills.
