I work with people that have experienced trauma so that they can feel safe in the present and look to the future with openness. My core training is integrative, which means that I draw from multiple theories and frameworks to offer a broad spectrum of support to the people I work with. My most recent training is psychoanalytic, which enables me to work over longer periods of time, for those that want to explore a more in-depth approach to the psyche.

Many of my clients are insightful, capable people who find themselves quietly carrying burdens that are difficult to name; a sense of disconnection, grief, stress, or uncertainty about who they are and what they truly need. You might be doing all the right things like showing up in your work and relationships, but feel like something’s missing or slowly coming undone. Therapy with me offers a safe, confidential space to pause, reflect, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. Together, we look at the deeper patterns shaping your experience, and gently work toward greater clarity and self-understanding,

We are all able to agree that our physical health is variable, but it may be much harder to admit that our psychological health is in constant flux. All too often, we find ourselves buying into the idea of the "stiff upper lip": that "mental health issues" affect only other people - and "weak people", at that! It can be very daunting, therefore, to recognise that we need help and then to take steps to find a professional who will help things improve. I understand those concerns, because I've been there: and I also have experience of the positive effects of psychotherapy - from both sides of the consulting-room!

Modern life can be very challenging. Sometimes the world can feel too hectic and noisy. Therapy can provide a safe, non-judgmental space for thinking about how we are feeling. The first step is being able to recognise that we might need the help of a professional therapist to help identify what is weighing heavily on us and how we could embark upon a talking and, ultimately a healing journey. Speaking with a therapist about what worries us, what is confusing and why it hurts can bring about transformative change and understanding. No problem is too big or too small.

Do you feel overwhelmed, unsafe and lonely? Are you finding elements of your life a struggle and don't know where to turn? Can you no longer see the wood for the trees and have lost direction? Many people lose touch with the person they are supposed to be for many reasons and seek to find their true selves again but may just need a helping hand and support along the way. Counselling can be the first step back to removing the barriers which have kept you lost and help you back on the path you were intended to follow.

English & Russian Speaking - I work with adults who may seem capable and “fine” on the outside, while internally feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients struggle with overthinking, self-criticism, people-pleasing, or feeling responsible for everyone else’s needs. Some grew up around criticism, high expectations, or environments where emotions didn’t feel fully safe. Together, we gently explore these patterns, helping you better understand yourself, build self-compassion, and feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally supported.
