Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, confusing, or lonely - even when things appear fine on the surface. If you’re experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties or feeling stuck, therapy can help you to slow down and make sense of what you’re going through. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore the parts of yourself that may feel painful, confusing, or difficult to put into words. Being able to talk openly and feel truly heard can often be the first step towards meaningful change. I will be alongside you, offering support and understanding at a pace that feels right for you.

Hello and Welcome, Life can indeed be difficult at times. Many are struggling with mental health in ways that are no longer manageable. Our past and present hurts, our unprocessed feelings can rise to the surface. We find ourselves thinking, feeling and acting in ways that do not reflect who we want to be. Some of us have Grief, Trauma or Addiction that we just can’t seem to work through. As a Senior Accredited Psychotherapist with a PHD(Hon), Master Degree and EMDR(Accredited), I've seen thousands come through my door, with various presenting issues and undergo genuine transformation, healing and leave with hope for the future.

Drawing on Schema Therapy, CBT and ACT, I offer focused, trauma-informed work that helps you understand and change underlying patterns, not just manage symptoms.
Are you used to performing at a high level, while feeling overwhelmed or exhausted underneath? You might be used to pushing through, while feeling burnt out, stuck, or hard on yourself beneath the surfaceI work with high-achieving professionals and others in demanding roles who are used to pushing through, yet feel burnt out, stuck, or caught in patterns they can’t shift. You might notice overthinking, a strong inner critic, or difficulty slowing down even when you need to. I offer online therapy across the UK, helping you understand what’s driving these patterns and feel steadier, more resilient, and more like yourself again.

Hello, and welcome. My name is Molly. I offer a warm, supportive therapeutic space where you can explore whatever is on your mind, at your own pace. My approach is rooted in Person-Centred values, meaning I prioritise building a genuine, non-judgemental relationship that supports you to feel heard and understood. I also draw from Psychodynamic theory - helping you reflect on how past experiences and unconscious patterns might be shaping your present - as well as practical tools from CBT, which can support emotional regulation and day-to-day coping.

I work with couples who care about each other but feel stuck in repeating patterns—arguments that go nowhere, growing distance, or a sense of being misunderstood. Many arrive having tried to resolve things on their own, yet find the same dynamics keep resurfacing. In our work together, we slow these moments down and look at what’s happening underneath—emotionally, relationally, and at the level of the nervous system. I actively guide conversations in real time, helping both partners stay present, understand each other more clearly, and begin to respond differently, so the relationship can move forward rather than remain stuck.

Are you baffled by your relationship with a narcissist? Are you exhausted by the mind games, gaslighting, and deceit? Have your friends grown tired of hearing you talk about the same issues? Don't worry, you're not alone. Narcissistic abuse is real and NOT all therapists get it. Narcs are sly, conniving, and incredibly devious. Until you've experienced their abuse, it's hard to understand. This often leads to victims feeling increasingly isolated, which exacerbates the narcissist's control and creates fertile ground for further abuse. It's no wonder such relationships compromise your sanity.

I work from an existential and integrative perspective, drawing on psychodynamic, phenomenological, relational, and ACT-informed approaches.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD, low self-esteem, grief, identity and cultural issues, relationship difficulties, climate anxiety, motherhood-related challenges, and feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed. Many of my clients are thoughtful people trying to better understand themselves, their emotions, and the patterns shaping their lives. As an immigrant by choice, I am also passionate about supporting people navigating migration, belonging, and identity. Together, we explore new perspectives, greater self-understanding, and more meaningful ways of moving forward.

We all need a haven to pause, breathe, and truly focus on ourselves. It's a gift of self-care, not an indulgence. Counselling can be that safe haven – a warm, supportive space where you can freely explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Whether you're weathering life's storms, facing difficult transitions, or healing from past wounds, I'm here to listen and help.

Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) Counsellors
How does acceptance and commitment therapy work?
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy encourages a person to listen to their self-talk. A person’s inner dialog can be indicative of how they treat themselves. ACT also encourages self-compassion; this can lead to a better understanding of negative thought patterns and emotional states. This understanding can then lead the individual to needed behavior change.

What are the goals of acceptance and commitment therapy?
The goal of acceptance and commitment is to expand a person’s psychological flexibility, a trait that encourages an individual to live in the present moment and to accept all their thoughts, feelings, and emotions, even ones that are difficult such as sadness and anxiety. In ACT, this acceptance is congruent with the individual’s values and beliefs.

Does acceptance and commitment therapy work for depression?
Acceptance and commitment therapy is effective for depression because it allows the individual to view their discomfort and suffering differently. Depressive feelings about relationship heartaches, for example, are a part of life. A despondent person learns to let go of their struggles and instead view their painful thoughts and feelings with compassion. This will lead the individual toward positive change.

How long are people typically in acceptance and commitment therapy?
A typical acceptance and commitment therapy session is 50 minutes long with one session per week. Treatment for common problems such as anxiety, depression, or relationship difficulties can last between eight weeks to four months. However, more severe cases may require more than one session a week and/or a longer time frame for treatment.
