therapy and mindfulness techniques.
It takes a great deal of courage to make the first step towards counselling. Life can be complex and we all hit points where we really can't see the woods through the trees, I can help you to work through this, in a safe and comfortable setting, that is non-judgemental and confidential. I work with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, anger, bereavement and loss, work related stress and low self esteem. My work helps you to identify emotions, work through your feelings and gain an understanding to make healthy choices, equipping you with the confidence and autonomy to find yourself.
