My clients are adults and teens who want to understand themselves more deeply. You might be feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed or burnt out, struggling in relationships or at work, or carrying the impact of difficult past experiences. Some are exploring possible neurodivergence or adjusting to an ADHD or autism diagnosis. Together we slow things down, make sense of patterns in your life, and explore new ways of relating to yourself and others so you can move forward with more clarity and choice.

Something brought you here. Maybe a relationship that feels frayed, an anxiety that won't let you rest, or a quiet sense that something needs to change. Reaching out is already an act of willingness, and that's where effective therapy begins. I'm a psychotherapist with a double Masters in Counselling and 1,400+ hours of practice. I work relationally. The relationship between us isn't just the container for the work. It is the work. As an Indian/UK Counsellor fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada, I understand the particular weight of South Asian family dynamics and cultural expectations, you won't need to translate your world for me.

I have over 18 years experience working with couples and individuals as a sex and relationship psychotherapist. I have worked, privately as well within the charity and NHS sectors. Often in relationships, and in life in general, we go through periods of ups and downs. Therapy may help you to express your needs and wants to partner, as well understanding your needs and wants. We as human can become a little bit lost in communicating effectively, which in turn can cause other challenges for ourself and possibly our partners. Therapy allows you the chance to explore any on-going patterns that exist, in a way that allows reflection.

I aim to help ease emotional pain and confusion and to find better ways of living a more fulfilled and happier life. Sharing your problems, particularly if it's for the very first time can feel quite daunting. Therefore, it is important for me to create a comfortable and safe environment so we can get straight to heart of the process. I also work deeply linking past experiences to present difficulties and may at times focus our relationship in the moment. This powerful way of working brings insight, which helps you find solutions and ways forward that is best suited to you and your life.

We are all, in some way, trying to make sense of ourselves. The contradictions and polarities. The feelings we can't explain. The ways we love imperfectly and are loved imperfectly back. The parts that want connection and want to be seen and the parts that are afraid of it. This isn't dysfunction. This is being human. I am an MBACP integrative Psychotherapist and Relationship Counsellor and I work with individuals carrying anxiety, grief, and the quiet weight of unlived things. I work with couples who still love each other but have lost the thread, and something vital has gone quiet.

My ideal clients are individuals or couples who feel emotionally or relationally stuck, unsettled, or caught in painful patterns. They may be dealing with anxiety, shame, trauma, loss, intimacy difficulties, trust ruptures, family conflict, or repeated arguments that no longer feel workable. Often they come at a point of rupture or transition, or simply because something doesn’t feel right. They want greater clarity, emotional freedom, stronger boundaries, deeper understanding, and more satisfying ways of relating to themselves and others.

Infidelity Counsellors
How does therapy for infidelity work?
A skilled infidelity therapist will provide a safe space for clients to communicate their feelings and concerns. The goal is to be completely honest about what led to the cheating and how it has affected the entire family to prevent it from recurring in the future. The therapist will help the clients work on rebuilding mutual trust and respect and developing better communication and conflict-resolution skills. If the goal is to remain a couple, clients will learn the “danger signs” for their specific relationship, and they will make a renewed commitment to be faithful.

How long does therapy for infidelity take?
Recovery from infidelity can take time, and it can vary from person to person. Generally, a therapist will want to see the clients at least once a week for around six months. Then the sessions can be arranged as needed, depending on the clients’ individual needs. While therapy may end or shift to an as-needed basis, it can take up to two years or more for some clients to fully recover from infidelity.

How does therapy help the partner who was cheated on?
When a client discovers their partner’s infidelity, their trust in the relationship and in the life they had together may be shattered. They often experience mental health symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, grief, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). They don’t always want to stay in the relationship; they may feel ambivalent or may even want to leave. Therapy gives these clients a safe and healthy way to communicate all of their complicated emotions and concerns.

How does therapy help the partner who committed infidelity?
Infidelity often occurs when one or both partners’ emotional needs are not being met in the relationship. Therapy can help this client understand why they cheated and figure out how to address those unmet needs without resorting to infidelity in the future. This can lessen (but not entirely eliminate) the risk of repeated infidelity. Clients who cheat may also feel intense guilt about deceiving their partners, a sentiment that they can work through in therapy.
