Every person has a story they tell themselves and other people.
Sometimes these stories, or "scripts", are no longer helpful, and this is where therapy can help. Whether it is ADHD related, relationships that are under pressure or stress and anxiety about the world we live in.
Together, we will discover what makes you ... well ... you and how, through compassionate, co-created therapy, you can integrate challenging parts of yourself.
You matter, always.

I bring to my practice a deep understanding of high-stress environments, built on my own background in the Armed Forces and my work within corporate settings.
Therapy is a process that benefits from consistency. While everyone’s needs are different, I generally ask clients to plan for at least 12 sessions to give us enough time to build trust and understand what’s really going on.

Are you someone who looks like they’re coping on the outside, but inside things feel harder than they should. Anxiety, past experiences, or self-doubt can quietly shape how you think, feel, and respond, even when you’re trying your best to move forward.
I offer a space where we can slow things down and make sense of what’s happening, without judgement or pressure. From there, we begin to work through it. Using approaches such as CBT, EMDR & counselling, the aim isn’t just to talk, but to help you experience change in how you feel, think, and respond so life begins to feel more manageable and more like your own again.

From time to time we all struggle. Our thoughts can become jumbled and life seems difficult and sometimes even unbearable. Sometimes we can behave in ways we don't truly understand. In therapy we can explore your struggles be they old or new and look to identify the roots of your pain.

I charge £65 per session, and £50 for concession session fee for anyone in the armed forces, NHS and education (including spouses).
I work with a wide range of clients, those who are “wearing a mask”, facing adversity, struggling with past trauma, loss of agency, identity, or self-destructive patterns. They feel disconnected, reactive, and uncertain about their future. They need a structured approach to rebuild trust in themselves, regain control, and find meaning in navigating their suffering. Their goal is growth, not just recovery. They want clarity, resilience, and a sense of purpose because they refuse to be defined by their past. My therapy focuses on reintegrating the divided self, fostering agency, and helping clients transform pain into strength.

You might be a someone who's been putting off getting help for longer than you'd like to admit. Maybe you find asking for support doesn't come naturally. Or you're simply someone carrying more than you should be, alone.
Whatever's brought you here you're in the right place.

Are you navigating a period where life no longer feels familiar, after loss, separation, relocation, illness, or a major life transition? Perhaps you’ve been holding everything together for a long time, yet quietly feel unmoored, uncertain, or unlike yourself.
You don’t have to face this period of change alone.
I work with adults facing significant change who want a calm, thoughtful space to make sense of what has shifted. Many of the people I support are capable, reflective individuals who find themselves at an unexpected crossroads — grieving not only what has been lost, but questioning who they are now and how to move forward.
