Have you ever felt like people just didn’t get you — maybe because you’re LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, or you’ve been through bullying or abuse? It can be really isolating, and it makes sense if that’s left you feeling anxious, low, or just totally overwhelmed.
I often work with people living with the long-term impacts of bullying, domestic abuse, or trauma — including those still finding their way out. I am experienced in supporting survivors of many forms of abuse, including spiritual abuse, coercive control, complex trauma, and dissociation, including Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). I also welcome their allies for support.
