I offer compassionate therapy to support people who are experiencing things like anxiety, trauma, stress and burnout, depression, grief and loss and low self-esteem. Often, people will come to me feeling low, stuck, or overwhelmed with a busy mind and difficult emotions. Some people aren't sure what's up, but somehow know they are not where they want to be in life, caught up in difficult thoughts, feelings, or situations, lacking fulfilment or a sense of contentment. I have additional experience working with neurodivergence and long-term health conditions.

Trying to make sense of feelings and emotions in times of stress and change can be challenging.
