If this is your first time coming into therapy, welcome. I know it can be daunting, but please remember you’ve made a decision to help yourself and that is a massive step in itself. Living these days can be very difficult for some people on a daily basis without any other stress, pressure, demands, anxiety, or feelings of being overwhelming coming into the mix. We all need a little help from time to time and I am here to help you not have to carry those heavy burdens alone.
