I am a Registered Chartered Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience of working therapeutically with adults, young people and children in the NHS and private settings. I am very passionate about helping people to make sense of difficult emotions, thoughts and life experiences. I am here to support you through any life issues you are having at the moment. Life can be hard at times, such as: bereavement, loss, relationship issues, poor view of self, depression, anxiety, illness and loneliness. I offer a safe space that is confidential and I will listen to your story with compassion and empathy. I have many years of counselling experience, as a holistic counsellor, coach, academic counselling tutor and clinical supervisor . Over the years I have supported people who have a disability, in particular people who are sight impaired; who have Multiple Sclerosis and Leukemia.

My training is in psychodynamic with CBT and my specialism is neurodiversity, so many of my clients are either seeking a diagnosis or have been diagnosed with ADHD or Autism.
