Our mind can be tricky and understand how it functions is not a simple thing. We can easily feel overwhelmed or drowning under negative thoughts, feeling stuck in this vicious circle. The core of my work is to do a person-focus therapy, adapting each of them to the needs of my clients, it is called "integrative therapy". Being trained in several types of approaches, I can jungle easily with the tools, to be able to create a tailored therapy : talking therapy, psychoanalysis, CBT, ACT, hypnosis, NLP coaching.
