Psychoanalytic Counselling in Cambridge
Psychoanalytic psychotherapy aims to go deep into your emotions, understanding how your early life has formed strategies that might contribute to unhelpful patterns in adulthood with the aim of gradually removing distress, helping you to live a fuller life.
I am a psychoanalyst and psychoanalytic psychotherapist practising in London on Wednesdays and from my home in Royston the rest of the week. My goal is to provide you with a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space in which you can open up and talk freely about what's on your mind. I offer sessions face to face or online, in English and French.
