I’m inspired by the intersection of evidence-based therapies and holistic approaches that incorporate spirituality, mindfulness, and somatic practices.
My approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and a deep understanding that healing is as much about reconnecting with yourself as it is about addressing the wounds you’ve endured. Where relevant I can help you to understand the source of your core pain, which acknowledges and honours the struggles you have already endured while identifying the strengths you have developed to adapt and survive. Where some of these adaptations have become unhelpful, I work with you to discover healthy coping mechanisms and tools moving forward.

Many of the people I work with seek therapy because they’re feeling anxious, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to shift, even while appearing to cope well on the surface. They’re often thoughtful, capable adults navigating burnout, perfectionism, low self-confidence, or relationship difficulties. Some come to therapy after a recent diagnosis such as ADHD, while others are simply recognising long-standing struggles with anxiety or emotional regulation. These are just a few of the issues I work with, though many clients experience a mix of challenges. We will focus on what feels meaningful for you to address.

You may appear capable and successful on the outside, yet privately struggle with anxiety, overwhelm, self-criticism, relationship difficulties, perfectionism, or a sense that something isn't quite right. I work with adults experiencing trauma, attachment difficulties, emotional strain, and recurring patterns that persist despite insight and effort. I also work with performers, musicians, artists, writers, and other creatives facing pressures around visibility, identity, performance, and self-worth. Together we explore the deeper patterns beneath symptoms to create meaningful and lasting change

Intimacy and connection are among the most powerful sources of energy we have - when things are good between the two, everything else, including work, kids and life challenges, feels lighter, easier and more fun. I help individuals and couples to understand and use this energy through the psychology of desire, motivation, and connection. I work with couples who experience loss of libido, mismatched desire, or the aftermath of infidelity and with those who are in a good, stable relationship and want more. More depth, more excitement, more aliveness.

The importance of the human relationship is at the heart of my practice; both the relationship we have with ourselves and with others. Therefore, I work from a relational perspective in order to help you move forward; offering a supportive, empathic and non-judgmental approach to whatever struggles and challenges you may be facing in your life. I work from home in my cosy garden room, and I enjoy welcoming clients into this space. However, if it isn't practical for you to come in person, I also offer online sessions.

I draw on Gestalt, parts work and Somatic Experiencing, tending to what is alive now and what the past has left in the body.
I’m a relationally-focused, trauma-attuned therapist working with people who carry a persistent sense of not being quite enough – anxious, braced, self-doubting, exhausted by the effort of managing everyone else’s feelings while losing touch with their own. These patterns often trace back to early experiences. The good news is they can shift – bit by bit, at the pace of your nervous system. I often work with sensitive, empathic and creative people – those who feel deeply, think differently, and need a space that can hold that. Because I’ve walked this path myself, I bring both professional expertise and lived understanding.

I help high-performing professionals/entrepreneurs, they are often driven by logic and working in tech/finance/law/media/arts. I specialise in helping people develop a relationship with their body, and to understand the impact of their feelings and emotions on the body and vice versa. I often work with those with experience of living life on the edge, and/or complex, troubled relationships. I work well with people for whom talking about personal matters feels very difficult. I am not easily shocked and I also understand the need for taking things slowly and sensitively. My approach is kind, practical, down-to-earth and creative.

I blend psychotherapy with somatic practice inviting you to try different holistic approaches when it feels right for you.
Is 'Stress' Ruling Your Life? Perhaps this sounds familiar; You wake up in the morning feeling exhausted before you’ve even started the day. You no longer have energy or enthusiasm for much at all. You find yourself arguing more with loved ones. You move from anxiety to numbing out via endless scrolling, online shopping overworking, oversleeping, drinking or using food. You procrastinate ALOT. From work pressures to strained relationships, when unmanaged stress becomes chronic it impacts your quality of life and can lead to Burnout. This can make it hard to recognise what stress is telling you and ask for the support you need.

I use a combination of parts work (IFS) and somatic psychotherapy ( Somatic Experiencing and Sensorimotor) techniques for mind-body-soul healing.
If you are going through a tough time in your life, a lot of emotions are coming up right now, and it all feels a little overwhelming - my heart goes out to you. The hardest step is often reaching out for support and I am honoured you are considering working together. Having a dedicated space to be heard, explore our inner world and past experiences in a compassionate space can offer clarity and healing. My intention as a therapist is to create a space for you where the masks can drop, your authenticity can emerge and you feel supported in slowly reconnecting to the wisdom within.

Nothing you accomplish feels like enough. You hit your goals and immediately feel empty. You compare yourself to others and always lose. The baseline feeling is "I'm behind" or "I'm not doing enough" and it never goes away. As a Clinical Psychologist registered in the EU and BACP Psychotherapist in UK, I help people like you get to the core of what’s driving the anxiety, overthinking, and self-criticism — often rooted in hidden patterns around self-worth and unresolved emotional needs.

Somatic Counsellors
How does somatic therapy work?
Somatic therapy is a form of treatment that focuses on how the body and mind are interconnected. In this approach, physical symptoms are addressed because they may in fact signal emotional distress. Somatic therapists combine mindfulness, talk therapy, breathwork, yoga, dance, and physical manipulations of the body to help patients become more attuned to what their body is telling them.

Is EMDR a somatic therapy?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a form of somatic therapy, as it incorporates mental and physical principles. EMDR involves remembering a traumatic experience while allowing one’s eyes to track a side-to-side visual stimulus from a therapist. This lateral eye movement is believed to diminish the painful power of the memory so that it can be discussed with a therapist.

Is somatic therapy evidence-based?
Somatic therapy has been researched and studied, and some forms of somatic therapy are found to be effective in treating a wide range of conditions. Because somatic therapy encompasses many techniques, some, such as EMDR and meditation, have been studied more than others.

What is somatic trauma therapy?
Somatic trauma therapy is based on the idea that when people experience trauma, they can become stuck in the “freeze” part of a “fight, flight, or freeze” response. In this state, trauma can manifest itself both mentally and physically—through tension in the muscles, anxiety, and stress. Popular forms of somatic trauma therapy include EMDR, sensorimotor therapy, and somatic experiencing.
