I offer sessions in person, online and over the telephone for individuals aged 16 and over.
I’m an integrative counsellor, which means that I am trained in different therapeutic approaches that I combine to support you to achieve your goals. For example, we might use Gestalt therapy to explore your present difficulties, or Psychodynamic therapy to explore how your past is affecting you in the present. We may also incorporate CBT to uncover practical ways to manage challenges that you're currently facing. I specialise in supporting neurodivergent people and people that have experienced trauma. I'm autistic and ADHD myself, which gives me an additional layer of insight and understanding when supporting neurodivergent people.

I offer evening sessions up to and including 6pm in person, online via video or telephone if you prefer.
Are you struggling with trauma, low self-esteem, explosive anger, resentment, anxiety, depression, relationship problems or family issues? At the core of my counselling practice is the belief that there is no such thing as a 'wrong' emotion and that, although it may not feel like it right now, you are the expert on you.
We start by replacing criticism with curiosity; accepting that this confusing cluster of emotions is telling us something important. We’ll work together to identify, understand and interpret each of those emotions, breaking them down into manageable pieces, and in so doing, reducing that sense of overwhelm.

I appreciate how difficult it is when you just don't feel ok, sometimes you know what is causing the problem other times you don't. At times in our lives we encounter emotions that become overwhelming causing anxiety, sadness or anger wether its work, health, marriage, children, parents, or bereavement - you don’t have to suffer this alone. Wether you are male, female young or mature there are issues that arise that are not easy to cope with but this is when I can help you most by unravelling the confusion. I understand its really difficult to seek help but its ok to not be ok, and there is always someone to turn too.
