Let's Talk... Therapy gives you the opportunity to explore how life is for you, how you feel about it and how you react during certain situations, all with the aim of finding solutions that work for you. My aim is to provide a confidential, non-judgemental and accepting environment where I can help you explore your issues no matter what they are. Unresolved issues can cause great unhappiness and therapy can help to unlock suppressed feelings and emotions.

I am fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi.
I can help you explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. The pressures, or patterns that leave you feeling stuck or unheard. Our sessions offer a safe, honest space to slow down and make sense of things at your own pace. I’ll support you in reconnecting with yourself, finding clarity, and creating change that feels right for you. Having grown up across three different countries and speaking three languages, I have experienced the challenges of feeling unsure about where you belong.

I am an integrative transpersonal counsellor. The unique element of this counselling is that we will encompass mind, body and spirit in our work together, in a holistic way. It’s a talking therapy but we can also use experiential exercises, visualisation and guided meditation. I sometimes use art and other creative techniques within therapy, which can help us access the parts of ourselves that talking alone may not reach. Most importantly, I offer you a safe, warm, empathetic & non-judgmental space in which to talk, to be heard and to be helped. Before training as a therapist, I worked in the City as a banker and lawyer.

I am a Integrative Counsellor and have been practising since 2016. The approach I use means I work collaboratively, combining different therapeutic perspectives with the clients needs and experiences both past and present. The relationship between myself and a client will be one that is non judgemental, genuine, a welcoming one, a space which is confidential and your voice can be heard and listened to. I have 18 years of experience of working with victims of domestic abuse. I offer a therapeutic space that is both sensitive and responsive to culture, religion, disability and sexuality.

Hi, I’m Hina. I specialize in helping adults with ADHD and/or anxiety create more clarity, focus and calm in their lives. Living with ADHD or anxiety can feel overwhelming, with racing thoughts, self-criticism, and stress. Together, we will find ways to work with your mind, not against it. My approach is client-centered and flexible. Some clients want practical tools to manage daily life, work, and focus. Others want to better understand themselves and build self-acceptance. In our sessions, we will explore your experiences, develop emotional regulation skills, and begin working toward your goals from the very first meeting.

People turn to therapy in order to address the pain rooted in the past traumas. They opt for therapy when they feel unseen and unsupported. Once their instinctive needs to be seen and heard are fulfilled, people are able to revert to the Self. They are able to identify the negative self-perceptions and coping mechanisms that were adopted to be able to survive in a non supportive environment. Through therapy, people seek to empower themselves and take charge of their lives independently. I have frequently witnessed my clients experience deep healing with a holistic psychosomatic approach that is rooted in compassion.

Exhausted by overthinking and a loud inner critic? You might feel stuck in "what-if" loops, constantly worrying about how others perceive you or waiting for the "other shoe to drop." When self-doubt takes hold, every decision feels heavy and every social interaction feels like a test. You want to feel calm, quiet the noise in your head, and finally trust yourself again. You are looking for a way to break free from the cycle of worry and avoidance so you can show up in your life with genuine confidence.

As children, most of us, are taught how to brush our teeth , wash our hands and tie our laces. However, we are not always taught how to take care of our hearts, how to feed our souls and nurture our body and minds. Moving through life without these skills can leave us feeling overwhelmed, lost, confused and hopeless when faced with life challenges and change. We may find it difficult or not know how to, altogether cope or regulate our emotions and body and practice self-care.These experiences can manifest as interruptions, disconnecting us and leave us feeling stuck, afraid, angry, stressed.

Do you find yourself living mostly in your head — coping, pushing through, and holding everything together — while your body carries the stress, tension, or unspoken emotions? You may be experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, grief, or feel disconnected from yourself and others, or stuck in patterns like people-pleasing and self-doubt. You could be navigating life transitions, or searching for meaning, direction and more joy. Many people come to therapy carrying past experiences, feeling stuck in emotional loops, as emotions are not only held in thoughts but also in the body as tension, numbness, or a sense of being on edge.

Hi, I'm Eman - a psychotherapist based in London with experience working across the UK. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine human connection, not just a clinical encounter. My goal is simple: to offer you a safe, honest space where you feel truly seen — and to help you build the kind of relationship with yourself that you can carry into the rest of your life. I work with adults navigating some of life's most layered challenges — relationship difficulties, self-harm urges, life transitions, cultural and religious expectations, and the particular weight that comes with growing up between worlds.

I offer online counselling for adult women experiencing anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, and difficulties with self-worth or relationships. Many of the women I work with come from culturally diverse backgrounds and have grown up navigating high expectations, responsibility, and pressure to be strong, often alongside unmet emotional needs. You may feel that no matter how much you do, it’s never enough, or feel disconnected from yourself beneath roles and expectations. Some women come to therapy feeling behind in life, unsure of their identity, or longing for more ease, meaning, and emotional connection.
